Kindly address a letter of request to Mr Visser describing the dates, times, location and activity to be filmed so that he may advise what documentation is required for the application. If the area for filming is on municipal grounds or on public streets, a letter of request needs to be sent to the Mr David Nasson, Municipal Manager, so that the request may be sent to the relevant sections, i.e. Traffic Services and Law Enforcement, Fire Services, Water and Sewerage, Electrical Services, Solid Waste & Cleansing, etc.
A quote for the relevant municipal support services will be issued once the services required is determined. All tariffs are in our current budget available on www.witzenberg.gov.za.
We require at least two weeks’ notice to accommodate a request of this nature.
We reserve the right to refuse such application if it is in contravention of our by-laws or depicts our towns or residents in a grossly negative light.
